Why there’s a separate fee
You’re not paying for someone to show up cold.
The Flex preparation fee and Monthly membership cover the work that lets each assigned Care Specialist arrive knowing your child — and keeps the service supported as routines, schedules and needs change.
It is the difference between hiring a person and having a company stand behind the childcare.
Starting Care
The $300 intake becomes a service credit.
Care begins with a one-time $300 Family Care Intake, a 90-minute session where we learn what matters for your child and build the Family Support Profile used to prepare the Care Specialists assigned to your family.
If you continue with Care, the full $300 becomes a service credit: against your first Monthly membership fee or your first three Flex preparation fees.
If we determine that we cannot serve your family, we refund the intake fee. If we accept your family but cannot offer a match within 90 days after the completed intake, you can stay in matching or request a refund.

Three-hour Care minimum
Care visits have a three-hour minimum, whether you use Flex or Monthly.
If two Care Specialists are needed
Each Care Specialist is billed at the normal hourly Care rate. You still pay only one preparation fee or Monthly membership.
Monthly services are month to month
Monthly Care and Guide are month to month. Flex does not renew automatically, and Concierge does not expand without a quote you approve.
Private pay. Receipts available.
Novinway is private pay. We do not bill health insurance or government programs, but we provide receipts and provider information for reimbursement or eligible benefit funds. Your plan administrator or tax adviser determines eligibility.
