Care Services

Flexible and adaptable in-home childcare.

Morning routines, after-school coverage, or an evening to yourself. One Care Specialist or a small, consistent team gets to know your child, so care feels familiar and you have time for work, appointments, rest, or plans of your own. We follow your child’s interests, whether that means play, music, or companionship for a teen.

Our clinician-led team prepares and supports your caregivers through child-specific training and in-person supervision.

You don’t have to go it alone.

After a diagnosis, through a transition, or when the current arrangements aren’t working, we help you understand your options and decide what needs attention first. We research practical solutions and carry out the work you choose to hand over: preparing insurance reimbursement paperwork and applications, organizing records, making calls, and following up.

You make the decisions, with less to research, remember, and chase.

Why Novinway exists

Families raising neurodivergent children are left to solve too much on their own.

For families raising children with autism, ADHD, anxiety, or other differences, finding reliable childcare can mean rearranging work, missing appointments, or canceling plans.

Alongside work and family life, you may also be acting as your child’s unpaid case manager: coordinating providers, preparing for IEP meetings, tracking waitlists and benefits applications, and keeping up with records, forms, and deadlines.

Even with clinicians, therapists, and school teams involved, families can still be left managing the hours between appointments and the work around them.

“I’m effectively a case manager in addition to having a full-time job and being a parent. It’s really challenging.”
